What would TPG-222 Polycrystalline Diamond inserts be used for?

While sorting tools I found a half dozen TPG-222 PCD inserts. What would these be good for? I use old manual machines for one off type work...... no CNC or large quantities. Would these be of any use or would they just break like some of the other diamond tools I have tried over the years?

Also do they make 1/4" holders for these? I couldn't find any on the net.
Thanks I have a bunch of APT Microdex 3/8 and 1/2 square tool bits that take TPG or TPU 22x inserts. I have not seen any for sale for a long time and I could not find a web site for APT. I think they were made in USA, and I bought them from Wholesale Tool, Warren, MI.

I suppose the 3/8" holders could be milled down to 1/4", but I am not sure it would be a good idea. The inserts have no hole, so the holders have clamps and are a bit bulky at the end for a 1/4" shank. I have seen smaller holders, maybe with 1/4" shanks, that use the 1/4" IC triangle inserts with holes, which make a more compact design.
